I would like to sign your petition but I can't because it includes as choices only physicians and insurance companies. Until we have choices of all health care providers, such as midwives, chiropractors, physical therapists, dental hygienist, nurse practitioners, all of whom are educated, certified, licensed, etc. to protect the public, the health care market will not have true competition.
I am waiting for the day when health care providers can work together as team members with the patient as the captain of the team, not the hospital, insurance company, or physician.
