What is Medkey's relationship with Carilion? Is Medkey owned by Carilion? Is Medkey a for-profit business?

Medkey is definitely a for-profit business. They finance the medical bills due Carilion at 6% interest--like a credit card. I'm not sure if Carilion owns Medkey but a Medkey employee said she had previously worked for Carilion, which indicates a pretty close relationship, don't you think?
