That's the one. He does work for Jefferson Surgical and he does admit to Lewis
Gale.
I do hate Carilion, and, as I said......I do think he is Carilion material.

This article describes how unprofessional this guy is.
My husband was sent to him with bleeding and other symptoms of prostate cancer. Dr. Poffenberger ignored these symptoms and the cancer was found by another doctor. By that time, it was too late.
All the recommendations from Dr. Poffenberger , in regard to treatment
failed and my husband died a horrible death that could have been avoided if Poffenberger had addressed his symptoms more aggressively.
Although this happened within a two year period, Dr. Poffenberger says
the cancer was " aggressive". I would not recommend this doctor to
anyone , not only for his lack of compassion, concern, and medical
expertise, but for his corny attempt at jokes, ( some sexual), and poor
beside manner.
The article above truly describes a visit to his office.
I've seen him tell jokes and giggle while my husband, dying of cancer,
waited in pain on him to come to the exam room.
This doctor sure is a disgrace to Jefferson Surgical clinic and I am shocked they include him in their otherwise professional group of
excellent doctors.
